Passwords

Your new password must be between 8-32 characters and contain 3 of the following character types:-

- Uppercase letter (A-Z)
- Lowercase letter (a-z)
- Digit (0-9)
- Special Character (!~<>,;:_=?*+#.&%°()|[]-$^@/)

and must not contain more than 2 equal characters in a row.

Memorable Information

Choose something memorable known only to you, that is not easy to guess and something that has lots of possible answers.

Three Random Words

A good way to make your password difficult to crack is by combining three random words to create a password (e.g. ExamPaperVehicle). The longer and more unusual your password is the more difficult it is to crack.

General Advice

It's good practice to review your password and memorable information regularly, even if you think nobody else knows them.

Don't share this information with anyone else or write it down.
